That lets you work cleanly, predictably and without the soaking time you know from traditional paper-backed paper.

What makes this material so pleasant is the paste-the-wall technique: you apply the adhesive straight onto the wall and lay the dry length smoothly against it. That saves a pasting table, limits the mess and makes straight seams easier. The backing is also breathable and bridges small imperfections and hairline cracks in the surface, so the finish looks even.
