Do I need to create an account to order?
No, that's not necessary. Your order will be linked to your email address. You'll receive a unique login code in your inbox to log in. So no passwords are needed.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for orders over €99 to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Austria. Shipping costs for other countries are calculated at checkout.
Can I change my order?
If you wish to change your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is indicated for each product. Samples have a standard delivery time of 5 to 15 business days.
