There is no pattern repeat. At the top right, curved bundels of fine lines fan out like the barbs of a feather, and these bundles are metres long. At roughly half height, a horizontal band of grey stains with dark dots runs across the wall. Faint fold lines and creases complete the image. It looks like watercolour and ink on paper, and that paper texture remains visible up close.

Colourways of Venera wallpaper

Colour 01 is off-white and cream, with light grey stains and a hint of beige. The wall stays light and catches the daylight like paper hanging in front of a window. Colour 02 is grey-green, leaning towards sage, with olive-brown stains and light blue-green lines shimmering through the layers. This gives you a cooler, earthy wall. A third colourway, 03, is not shown in these images. All variants belong to the I.Magine wallpaper collection by INSTABILELAB.

INSTABILELAB wallpaper in a high-ceilinged bathroom

In the mood photo, the design covers the wall of a high-ceilinged bathroom with moulding and a herringbone floor. The band of stains runs behind a floating light pink cabinet, while the line bundles fan out around a round illuminated mirror. Alongside a dark bronze bathtub and grey curtains, the image forms a calm backdrop. Venera wallpaper needs space: the more wall you leave free, the better you see the scale of the layers.
