- Select your products and place them in the shopping cart.
- Fill in your details (with or without an account).
- Choose delivery or pickup.
- Select your payment method and complete your order.
After payment you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
We offer the following secure payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, Pay by Bank (bank transfer), MB Way, Satispay, Trustly and Bancomat. Available options may vary depending on your country or currency.
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) by default. If you choose a different currency, you will be charged at the current exchange rate at the time of payment.
Invoices are automatically generated based on the information you enter at checkout. Please double-check your company name, address, and VAT number before completing your order; it's generally not possible to change them afterward.
After completing your order, you can download the invoice as a PDF via the link in your order confirmation or by logging in to your account under My Orders . This way, you always have direct access to your invoices.
If you are ordering from within the EU, you can enter a valid VAT number during checkout. A valid VAT (VIES) check will result in the VAT being reverse charged (intra-Community supply). Reverse charging is only possible during checkout; we cannot apply or correct it afterward.
Payment on account is only possible after prior approval in our PRO program.
Refunds for accepted returns are based on the payment method you selected. The refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
