  • Choose whether you want your order delivered or collected
  • Choose a payment method of your choice and pay to finalize the order

Invoice

In the order confirmation you will find the option to download your invoice as a PDF. Another option is to go to your order page, where you can also directly download your invoice as a PDF.

Invoices are automatically generated based on the data entered, we cannot adjust this afterwards.

Business ordering (B2B)

If you want to order for business purposes, you can enter your company details. To order for business purposes from European countries, it is possible to enter the VAT number at check out. If valid, VAT will be shifted to the country of purchase.

Are you an interior design professional and would you like to purchase from us? Then you can request a B2B account via our customer service.

Refund after return

A refund after an accepted return is based on the chosen payment method. After receipt, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days.
