ORDER

How can I order?

- Select your products and place them in the shopping cart.
- Fill in your details (with or without an account).
- Choose delivery or pickup.
- Select your payment method and complete your order.

After payment you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.

Is my product in stock?

95% of products are in stock as indicated. However, it's always possible that a color variant is out of stock. In that case, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

How do I change my order?

How you change your order depends on the product type and whether we've already shipped your order. Log in and check your order status. Always contact us to change your order.

PAYMENT

How can I pay?

We support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cartes Bancarires, iDEAL-Wero, Bancontact, Pay by Bank, MB Way, Satispay, Trustly, Bancomat, and SEPA bank transfer, among others. Available options may vary by country and/or currency.

Can I pay in other currencies?

Yes! Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) by default. If you choose a different currency, you will be charged at the current exchange rate at the time of payment.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds for accepted returns are based on the payment method you selected. The refund will be processed within 10 days of receipt.

BUSINESS

Can I receive an invoice?

After completing your order, you can download the invoice as a PDF via the link in your order confirmation or by logging in to your account under My Orders . This way, you always have direct access to your invoices.

Can the billing address be changed?

No. Invoices are automatically generated based on the information you enter at checkout. Please double-check your company name, address, and VAT number before completing your order; it's not possible to change them afterward.

Can the VAT be reversed?

Yes! If you are placing a business order within the EU, you can enter a valid VAT number during checkout. If the VIES check is valid, the VAT will be reversed (intra-Community supply). VAT reversal is only possible during checkout; we cannot apply or correct this afterwards.

Can I pay later?

No. You can choose a SEPA bank transfer, but we need your payment first to process your order.

Payment on account is only possible after prior approval in our PRO program.
