Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right or a product arrives damaged, please let us know! We’re always happy to find a suitable solution together. This return policy is a summary of our Terms & Conditions. In case of doubt, the text of the Terms & Conditions prevails.
For consumers within the European Union, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
For business orders (B2B) and orders placed outside the EU, no right of withdrawal or return applies.
Reporting deadlines apply for damage, shortages, or delivery discrepancies (see below).
Right of withdrawal within the EU (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving it. Items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Wallpaper rolls must remain sealed in their original foil; once the foil is opened or damaged, the right of withdrawal expires.
Questions or need help?
Not sure whether your product can be returned, or do you want to discuss your situation? Please send us an e-mail using the contact details on our website and include your order number. We’ll be happy to help.
Items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Wallpaper rolls must remain sealed in their original foil; once the foil is opened or damaged, the right of withdrawal expires.
Please note: only complete wallpaper orders can be returned. Individual or leftover rolls from a single order cannot be returned due to colour and batch variations.
Products made to your specifications or produced on demand cannot be returned. This includes products sold per m², as a set, per panel, or per meter (m¹).
The following brands produce exclusively on demand and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal: Coordonne, Farrow & Ball, GP & J Baker, House of Hackney, Kelly Wearstler, Les Dominotiers, Mind the Gap, Mulberry, and Sandberg.
Paint mixed to order cannot be returned. Samples, visualisations, sale items, and completed consultation or installation services are also non-returnable.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is demonstrably defective or incorrectly delivered; in that case, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount and – for EU orders – the standard shipping costs. Any additional costs for a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within ten working days via the original payment method.
Liability
After delivery, check that the correct number of packages has been delivered (e.g., 1 of 3), that the packaging is undamaged, and that the delivery matches your order. Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours by email and include clear photos of the package and shipping labels. Without timely notification, we will assume that the delivery is complete and undamaged.
Please contact us by e-mail before returning any items. Then fill in the return form and include it with your parcel:
Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping your parcel. Pack the items carefully and keep your proof of postage. The risk of return shipment (loss or damage during transport) remains with you until we have received the package.
Upon delivery, please check whether the correct number of packages has been delivered (e.g. 1 of 3), whether the packaging is undamaged, and whether the contents match your order. Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours by e-mail, including clear photos of the parcel and shipping labels. If we do not receive timely notification, the delivery will be considered complete and undamaged.
If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly and properly. If more than one wallpaper strip has already been installed, the right to replacement expires.
For business (B2B) orders and orders placed outside the EU, no right of withdrawal or return applies. Deliveries outside the EU are made on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis and are excluded from the right of return.
If you choose delivery to your workplace or a third party (e.g. designer, contractor), the risk of receipt passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery.
