Ardmore Baobab wallpaper collection Cole and Son

Ardmore Baobab wallpaper from Cole and Son: African flora and fauna on the wall

The Ardmore Baobab wallpaper brings plants and animals from South Africa to your walls, drawn in the visual language of Ardmore ceramics. Leopards climb through vines, cheetahs prowl through tall grass and birds sit among the flowers of the baobab. Within the collection, scale and density vary widely. Some patterns show plenty of cream-coloured background, others fill the wall from corner to corner on a dark base. This way you can choose between airiness and fullness within the same Cole and Son wallpaper.

Patterns in the Ardmore Baobab wallpaper collection

In Baobab Botanica wallpaper baobab branches hang vertically downwards, with large white flowers, elongated green fruits and birds such as green turacos and specimens with an orange breast, naturalistically drawn on cream. Protea Panthera wallpaper works on a large scale, with twisting olive-green stems, pink proteas and leopards climbing in the vines. Tree of Life wallpaper is a panel built around the fruits and flowers of the baobab, Acacia Canopy wallpaper a dense canopy of acacias. Ardmore Baobab from Cole and Son in kitchen, dining room and bedroom

The mood images show how differently the patterns work in a space. Baobab Botanica is shown in a kitchen next to dark blue base cabinets, marble and rattan bar stools. Cheetah Prowl covers a dining room behind a white arch, where a magenta velvet sofa and a black-and-white striped ceiling provide contrast to the green. Protea Panthera fills a bedroom wall above a wavy headboard, with rattan nightstands and a green throw that picks up the olive tone of the stems.
