Bamboo Wallcovering collection CMO Paris

Bamboo Wallcovering wallpaper by CMO Paris: woven bamboo on the wall

With the Bamboo Wallcovering wallpaper by CMO Paris you hang woven bamboo on your wall. Flat strips lie over and under each other, so you keep seeing each strip, each grain and here and there a small split. Up close you can make out the weave. From a few metres away it becomes a calm texture that covers the entire wall. The colours stay close to the material: cream and straw yellow, beige, olive grey, taupe and warm terracotta. The difference between the patterns lies mainly in the way of weaving, from a coarse perpendicular weave to a fine herringbone.

Patterns in the Bamboo Wallcovering wallpaper collection

Bambou Canvas wallpaper has the coarsest weave. Blocks of parallel strips lie alternately horizontal and vertical, like a chequerboard with squares of a few centimetres. It comes in red-brown, light cream and grey-beige. Bambou Grand Chevron wallpaper and Bambou Petite Chevron wallpaper are finer and diagonally woven, in a herringbone that runs in vertical strips across the wall. As the names indicate, they differ in the size of that herringbone. The Grand Chevron comes in natural beige to light brown, the Petite Chevron in olive grey, straw yellow and terracotta. Bambou Bi Colour wallpaper combines multiple colours of bamboo in one weave. Bambou Twill wallpaper lays the strips in a zigzag, which gives the wall more direction.

Combining CMO Paris bamboo wallpaper in your interior

In the lifestyle photo, the Petite Chevron is shown behind a dark grey lounge chair with a black wooden frame, a black and white striped throw and a black side table. Dark wood and grey fabric bring out the warm bamboo. With the Grand Chevron, a ribbed brass-coloured vase with a twisting branch does the same. If you're looking for calm, choose one colour from the Bamboo Wallcovering by CMO Paris for the entire wall. If you want to divide the wall into sections, place panels in different shades next to each other.
