Boutique wallpaper by Arte: fibre, texture and metallic shine

With the Boutique wallpaper collection you bring walls into your home that you want to touch rather than look at. Arte's designs steer clear of figurative motifs. Instead, they focus on the surface: fibres running in horizontal lines across the strip, gold that catches the light, and colour that seems brushed across the wall in short strokes. The shades stay earthy, from olive green and cream to teal and dark brown, with a metallic layer here and there. In the images they're shown in a calm studio setting with wooden chairs, marble and brass in front, so that the texture does most of the talking.

Patterns in the Boutique wallpaper collection by Arte

Agave wallpaper consists of sisal fibres in olive to yellow-green. Each thread has a slightly different thickness and shade, making the wall look lively up close and calm from a distance. Glowing Patina wallpaper places irregular gold spots on a dark brown background, loosely arranged in rectangular blocks, with a weathered appearance. Where the light falls, the gold shines. Canyon wallpaper is an interpretation of rock: teal with beige and yellow speckles in short, curved strokes without a fixed direction. Sunburst wallpaper shows a rising sun with rays in a thin layer of wood veneer. Gilded Heritage wallpaper is a geometric metallic pattern inspired by gold leaf, and Alentejo Cork wallpaper shows cork under a glossy lacquer layer. This way, wood, cork and metallic finishes sit alongside the fibre and texture patterns.

Combining Boutique wallpaper in your interior

The photos show how Arte's Boutique behaves next to furniture. Against the olive green of Agave, brass takes on a warm glow, while the red-brown bucket chairs in front of Canyon make the teal appear cooler. The gold of Glowing Patina stands out against the white floor and the cream panel next to it. If you choose one pattern for a wall, the rest of the room doesn't need to do much.
