Herbarium wallpaper collection Sandberg

Herbarium wallpaper by Sandberg with painted flowers

Herbarium wallpaper by Sandberg brings flowers to the wall as you would encounter them in an old botanical book: drawn or painted, with attention to every leaf. Sometimes they stand close together like a meadow, sometimes set apart on a light background with plenty of room around them. The colours range from dark green and anthracite to soft beige. This means you'll find patterns here that envelop a room alongside patterns that keep it light. What they share is the hand of the artist: you see the brushstroke, the curved stem, the shape of each flower.

Patterns in the Herbarium wallpaper collection

Juni wallpaper is a meadow of wildflowers, clover and blades of grass on dark green, painted in loose strokes and with no visible repeat. With Lilian wallpaper, daffodils with light yellow hearts stand in vertical rows on anthracite. Their curved leaves intertwine and small brown butterflies sit among them. Victoria wallpaper works with open space instead: loose sprigs of roses and blue and yellow flowers, scattered across beige. On Eleonora wallpaper, blossoming branches with birds twist and turn. Beatrice wallpaper combines botanical tendrils with striped panels in blue and beige, and Ottilia wallpaper shows blue bellflowers, wisteria and butterflies on cream. Celeste Mural wallpaper is a tropical scene in pinkish-red with birds among the foliage. Flora wallpaper places individual botanical studies side by side. Louise wallpaper and Tree Of Life Mural wallpaper also belong to this range.

Herbarium by Sandberg: dark or light walls

A dark wall with Juni or Lilian gives a room depth, especially next to white cornices and a white tiled stove. In the photos, Lilian continues up and over the ceiling, so the daffodils surround you on all sides. Victoria does the opposite and keeps a space with wicker chairs and a wooden floor light. So with Herbarium wallpaper you first choose how much darkness you want in your home.
