Hikari wallpaper by Casamance: sisal, paper fibre and flowing lines

With the Hikari wallpaper collection, Casamance brings natural fibres to the wall in warm earth tones. Sand, beige, terracotta and copper brown recur throughout, and everywhere the material remains visible: you see the strands of sisal, the horizontal fibre lines and the seams between the strips. Some designs are plain and let the texture speak for itself. Others feature a motif, from a mosaic in waves to lotus flowers by the water's edge. This way, within a single collection, you can choose between a calm background and a wall that sets the tone itself.

Patterns in the Hikari wallpaper collection

Onsen wallpaper arranges small rectangular tiles in vertical wavy bands, light beige with a subtle sheen and outlined by brown grout lines. Up close you see a mosaic; from a distance the entire wall moves. Deserti wallpaper is the opposite: plain, hand-woven sisal in terracotta and copper brown, with a colour that varies slightly from strip to strip. Picta wallpaper is lighter and more clearly striped, as strands in sand, beige and light brown alternate in varying thicknesses. Hasu wallpaper shows a botanical design of lotus flowers by the water's edge, on a sisal background. Kasane wallpaper is woven paper fibre in a herringbone pattern with contrasting tones. Finally, Hikari wallpaper combines sisal with velvet in a geometric retro pattern.

Combining Casamance wallpaper with natural materials

The mood images show how Hikari by Casamance works with materials that speak the same language. Onsen appears behind a rattan room divider with arched shapes and ceramic vases, Deserti behind a white linen sofa with cushions in rust red and olive brown, Picta behind cream-coloured sculptures on a wooden table. Wood, rattan, linen and palm fibre enhance the warmth of the wall. If you choose a plain design, your furniture and objects are given all the space they need.
