Inspired Moods 1 wallpaper collection Armani/Casa

Inspired Moods 1 wallpaper by Armani/Casa: landscapes and natural weaves

The Inspired Moods 1 wallpaper brings landscapes and plain weaves together in one muted palette of grey, beige, ochre and faded green. A forest that fills an entire dining room wall hangs here alongside lengths of plain raffia and silk. What connects the patterns is a horizontal line, in the streaks of a sky or in the ribbing of a weave. So you can place a panorama on one wall and cover the rest of the room with a texture that carries the same colours. Armani/Casa chooses calm over contrast.

Patterns in the Inspired Moods 1 wallpaper collection

Shakespeare wallpaper is a painted forest in mural format: deciduous trees and a few conifers with hazy crowns, under a sky of horizontal streaks. Basho wallpaper shows a blanket of cloud as a panorama, printed on flat silk with a touch of metallic. Gibran wallpaper transports you to a desert of sand and mountains, Conrad wallpaper to a jungle full of tropical leaves, and Tennyson wallpaper lays a rhythmic pattern like waves over water. Those three are printed on finely woven raffia. In Dickinson wallpaper, dragonflies fly through a landscape; some of the colourways are on raw silk with metallic tones, the rest on fil posé silk. If you want a plain wall, there is Rafia plain wallpaper, matt and densely ribbed in off-white, sage green and grey-blue, or Seta Fiammata wallpaper, a lightly glossy silk with irregular flammé threads in dark grey, silver grey and taupe. Leopardi wallpaper completes the series.

Combining Armani/Casa wallpaper in one room

Because the landscapes and plain weaves come from the same palette, you can place them side by side in one room. Hang Shakespeare on the wall behind your dining table and wallpaper the walls around it with sage green raffia, so that the ochre and faded green of the forest are echoed. If you want some gloss, choose the silver grey Seta Fiammata. This way, the Inspired Moods 1 wallpaper collection remains recognisable from room to room.
