Moire wallpaper by Elitis: undulating lines and colour gradients

Moire wallpaper by Elitis transforms a wall into a surface full of undulating lines that never repeat exactly. The bands run horizontally across the textile wallpaper and resemble wood grain or the layers of agate. Up close you see a fine grid-like texture, from a distance mainly movement. Some patterns stick to one colour per surface. Others let the colour gradually blend from one shade into another. Next to bare concrete or a simple wooden piece of furniture, that pattern gets all the space it needs.

Four patterns in the Moire wallpaper collection by Elitis

Mirage wallpaper works with large, irregular bands in one colour per wall. In the photo you see a light beige and a pink-taupe surface next to a copper-orange wall with rust-brown bands. Voyage Sur un Nuage wallpaper chooses a smaller scale. The dense zigzag waves range from olive brown through turquoise to dark grey-green, and behind an orange armchair that turquoise band immediately catches the eye. Bleu Comme Une Rose wallpaper has medium-sized wavy lines and a gradient from salmon pink through cream white and yellow to green and turquoise. Plus Pur Que Le Soleil wallpaper belongs to the same family and combines the undulating moiré lines with its own colour gradient.

Elitis wallpaper with a moiré pattern in your interior

If you choose Elitis wallpaper from this range, the scale determines what your wall does. The wide bands of Mirage bring calm to a hallway or passage in a single colour. A gradient like that of Voyage Sur un Nuage guides your eye from ceiling to floor. Moire by Elitis suits materials with their own structure, such as concrete, wood, metal and glass. Let the light fall across it at an angle, and the texture of the Moire wallpaper becomes clearly visible.
