Paralleles I wallpaper collection Pierre Frey

Paralleles I wallpaper by Pierre Frey: the vertical stripe in many widths

The Paralleles I wallpaper by Pierre Frey is all about the vertical stripe. Most patterns place lines on a textured background, but no two stripes behave the same. Sometimes they are hairline-thin and bundled, sometimes wide and uniform, sometimes alternating narrow and broader. The colours also vary, from greyish beige with dark grey to cream white with green and ochre yellow with white. So you can choose a wall that barely stands out or a space where the pattern sets the tone, right into the passageway.

Patterns in the Paralleles I wallpaper collection

With Jacaranda wallpaper, bundles of dark grey pinstripes run across a greyish beige, woven background, with wide empty spaces in between. Evros wallpaper places green stripes on cream white, alternating narrow and broader in a fixed rhythm. Tamise wallpaper goes big: wide bands of ochre yellow and white of equal size, where the yellow itself shows fine lines. Mira wallpaper is plain with a fine herringbone structure and forms the basis for the stripe of Douro wallpaper. Seine wallpaper combines a stripe in soft colours with a sheen of metallic ink, while Alpilles wallpaper lets the line zigzag. Minette wallpaper sticks to a classic stripe with a regular rhythm. Furthermore, Solo wallpaper, Nil wallpaper, Amour wallpaper, Oussouri wallpaper and Escaut wallpaper belong to this range.

Pierre Frey wallpaper with stripes in hallway, living room and passageway

The images show how differently these stripes turn out. Jacaranda stays in the background behind a white vase on a marble table. Evros suits a hallway with a green coat rack shelf, a wooden bench and tennis rackets, where the green door and wall match. Tamise lets the bands continue through a passageway and is accompanied by an armchair with a yellow-green check pattern. With Paralleles I by Pierre Frey, you decide how much rhythm a room gets.
