Rosa & Friends wallpaper collection Sandberg

Rosa & Friends wallpaper by Sandberg: four floral patterns, each with its own structure

The Rosa & Friends wallpaper brings together four stylised floral patterns that each run across the wall in their own way. Everything is drawn flat, without shadow or depth, and follows a regular repeat. Yet the patterns hardly resemble each other. One arranges flowers in a grid, another in vertical bands, a third scatters small motifs with plenty of space in between. The use of colour also varies, from an almost black wall with pink and green to off-white with blue. This way, within one collection, you can choose between a dark, richly filled room and a light, open wall.

Patterns in the Rosa & Friends wallpaper collection

Rosa wallpaper has an almost black background with an ogee grid of thin green leaf tendrils. Each cell holds a small bouquet, alternating between round salmon-pink flowers and cream-coloured clusters with green leaves, in a staggered repeat. Natalie wallpaper is lighter: vertical bands of small green tendrils with leaves and flowers, each followed by a group of thin chalk stripes on greyish beige with a linen texture. The pattern is finely and densely drawn. Amy wallpaper, by contrast, leaves space open. A small blue flower motif, symmetrically arranged with leaves, is staggered diagonally across an off-white background. Annie wallpaper features ribbons that ripple diagonally across the wall. They are decorated with stripes and small flowers and bordered by a scalloped edge, in terracotta and burgundy on cream.

Rosa & Friends by Sandberg in bedroom, kitchen and living room

In the photos, Rosa hangs in a bedroom with white bedding and green panelling, where the dark pattern encloses the room. Natalie appears in a kitchen with ochre-yellow cupboards and a red window frame. Amy hangs above white panelling in a light living room with blue-and-white checked cushions. If you choose Sandberg wallpaper from this range, you can echo the colour of the pattern in wood, textiles or window frames, just as the green of Rosa is echoed in the panelling.
