Vibrations wallpaper collection

Vibrations wallpaper by Elitis: texture with metallic sheen

Vibrations wallpaper by Elitis is all about texture that catches the light. Each pattern in this collection is a metallic finish: an imitation weave, silk-like stripes, an animal hide, a snakeskin or a geometric relief. In the plain patterns you won't see a figurative motif. A horizontal thread structure determines how the sheen runs across the wall. If the light falls from the side, an ochre brown or raspberry red wall gains more depth than you would expect from a plain colour. The colours range from olive gold through ochre and amber to carmine red.

Patterns in the Vibrations wallpaper collection

Madagascar Metal wallpaper recreates the artisanal woven effect of abaca fibre. You see a coarse, irregular weave with slubs and loose thread loops, in olive gold to mustard yellow with dark brown and shiny gold threads. More refined is Kosa silk métal wallpaper, inspired by silk and recreated on vinyl. In ochre it shows thin horizontal stripes that pair well with a wooden door and reddish-brown parquet. Seta Metal wallpaper also has a silk-like stripe, but with more movement in the texture. In raspberry red the wall becomes warmer where the light brushes past. If you're looking for a hide effect, choose Movida Metal wallpaper with the appearance of leather or Anguille Metal wallpaper, the Elitis snakeskin in metallic. Hope Metal wallpaper is the only one to bring a geometric pattern: squares full of relief.

Combining Vibrations by Elitis in your interior

The mood images show what this Elitis wallpaper pairs with: white marble, brass, white ceramics with relief, a cream-coloured stone vase and a copper-coloured cup. These materials repeat the metallic sheen or form a calm contrast with it. If you choose Vibrations wallpaper for a hallway or a wall behind a side table, pay attention to the light direction — texture and sheen come out best with light from the side.
