Guadalquivir wallpaper Coordonne

Guadalquivir wallpaper by Coordonne with hand-painted vertical stripes

Guadalquivir wallpaper brings vertical bands to your wall that look as if they were drawn with a broad brush. A narrow coloured band alternates with a hairline, always evenly spaced, on an off-white ground with a slightly mottled effect like old paper. The edges are not crisp, and within each stripe you can see the colour turn lighter and darker. This keeps the rhythm calm while the wall still feels lively. You won't find any flowers or figures in it.

Colours of Guadalquivir wallpaper: Ocre and Celadón

In Ocre, the wide stripes take on an ochre to mustard-yellow hue, accompanied by thin light grey lines on cream white. This creates a warm wall that pairs beautifully with wood, as shown in the photo. Celadón is cooler: dark grey-green stripes with sand-beige lines, also on cream white. Guadalquivir wallpaper is also available in Musgo, Pizarra and Ultramar. Want to compare it with other designs? Take a look at the Coordonne wallpaper collection.

How this Coordonne wallpaper works in a workspace

In the mood photo, the Coordonne wallpaper runs behind a wooden desktop, with white floating shelves above. The stripes are roughly a hand's width apart, so framed prints and book spines fit calmly between them. The vertical lines make the wall look taller. When sunlight streams in, shadows are cast across the watercolour look — the mottled ground softly catches that light.
