Natural Paper Weave wallpaper Greenland

Natural Paper Weave wallpaper by Greenland with a woven texture

Natural Paper Weave wallpaper covers your wall with a fine basket weave of flat strips that cross each other in a chequerboard rhythm. There is no pattern, only that texture, repeated on such a small scale that from a distance the wall looks almost uniform. Step closer and you see the slight irregularities of genuine weaving. This gives a calm wall depth without demanding attention. The seams between the lengths remain visible and give the surface a calm vertical rhythm.

Colours of Natural Paper Weave wallpaper

Greenland makes this design in 46 colourways, from off-white, sand and wheat to grey, blue and black. Rice is a light cream with a pale yellow hint; the slightly lighter and darker strips keep it lively. It pairs well with oak, lime paint in warm white and coarsely woven linen. Heavy Navy works differently: grey-blue strips over a brown base create a small block effect that reads as muted blue from a distance. Combine this colour with walnut, cognac leather and brass.

Greenland wallpaper in the living room, bedroom and study

Because the texture does the work, you can hang this Natural Paper Weave wallpaper by Greenland on every wall of a living room or bedroom without it becoming busy. In a study or hallway, a dark colour such as Heavy Navy gives a single wall more weight. Raking light from the side brings out the weave even more.
