Ritmo Verticale wallpaper Inkiostro Bianco

Ritmo Verticale wallpaper by Inkiostro Bianco with fading lines

Ritmo Verticale wallpaper places fine vertical lines on your wall, each starting and ending at its own height. The ends blur out, as if the line briefly dissolves before the next one reappears further along. Because some lines are brighter or darker than others, the surface gains depth without any relief. The pattern repeats across the entire wall, but thanks to the staggered placement you never read it as ordinary stripes. Inkiostro Bianco lays the digital line drawing over a base that looks like woven linen.

Colourways of Ritmo Verticale wallpaper: Deserto, Foresta and Pietra

There are three colourways: Deserto, Foresta and Pietra. Deserto combines a sand-beige base with rust-red and lighter pinkish-brown lines. Foresta sets cream-white and light green lines on grey-green, with the lightest lines standing out most clearly. In the room shot you can see a greige base with white and light grey lines, the calmest version in the images. In every colourway the woven texture remains visible, so up close the wall looks like fabric.

Ritmo Verticale wallpaper in the dining room

In the dining room shown in the photo, it hangs behind a dark wooden table with six white tubular-frame chairs. The long lines draw your gaze up towards the wooden ceiling, while the black pendant lamp cuts horizontally through them. With roughly a hand's width between the lines, the wall stays orderly even up close. Alongside the concrete floor and the grey sofa, the textile look adds warmth.
