PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Selvaria wallpaper with a misty forest of tall trees
With Selvaria wallpaper you bring a forest shrouded in mist indoors, as one continuous panorama across the entire wall. Tall, slender trees rise up with bare trunks and carry fan-shaped crowns that almost resemble screens. Behind them, tree silhouettes and hills dissolve into the mist, while ferns and undergrowth in the foreground fill the lower edge. Above the treetops the sky remains empty, with a mottled texture that looks like old plaster. Nothing repeats, so every metre of the wall is different.
Colours and imagery of Selvaria wallpaper
INSTABILELAB combines engraving and watercolour here. In the treetops you see fine lines, while the mist consists of watery washes that fade layer upon layer. Colour 01 keeps to off-white, beige, taupe and greyish brown, calm enough for a light living room or bedroom. Colour 02 renders the same forest in dusty pink and mauve, with aubergine in the undergrowth and greyish violet in the distance. This gives the wall more warmth and depth. The design is also available in colourway 03.
How INSTABILELAB wallpaper works in your living room
In the mood photo the trees reach about two thirds of the wall height, so the empty sky above leaves room for light. Indirect lighting along the ceiling grazes the plaster-like texture and softens the mist. A light grey corner sofa, a wooden floor and dark curtains complement the tones of colour 01. Hang it behind a sofa or bed, where you can see it from a distance. Selvaria wallpaper by INSTABILELAB is part of the I.Magine wallpaper collection.
