What is the delivery time?

The expected delivery time is listed with each product. If a color reference is temporarily unavailable, we will always inform you personally.

Samples

The average delivery time for samples is 5 to 10 business days , depending on the manufacturer and destination.

SHIPPING

What are the shipping costs and are Duties & Taxes included?

For orders within the the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria shipping is free from €99 .
For orders under €99 and for deliveries outside these countries, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Note: For Seamless Vinyl by Daisy James, shipping costs always apply outside the Netherlands. We will contact you personally regarding these costs after your order.

Orders outside the European Union are delivered on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that all import duties, taxes and customs fees are included. You will not need to pay any extra charges upon delivery.

Note: Products from the brand Arte | Omexco | Moooi | Armani/Casa are only available within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Will I receive a Track & Trace?

Every order, including samples, is shipped with a track & trace code. Please note that an order may consist of multiple shipments. You will then receive a separate track & trace code for each shipment.

Can I have it delivered to a different address?

If you choose delivery to a business address or a third party (such as a stylist, contractor, or work address), the risk of receipt is yours once the carrier has confirmed delivery.

DELIVERY

Who will deliver my package?

We ship with DHL (for the Netherlands, Belgium) and UPS for all other international destinations. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment.

UPS Express | next working day before 12:00 noon

For orders in USA;

UPS Expedited | delivery in 4 to 5 working days before 5:00 PM
UPS Saver | delivery in 2 working days before 5:00 PM
UPS Express | delivery in 2 working days before 12:00

For orders in Asia;

UPS Expedited | delivery in 5 to 6 working days before 5:00 PM
UPS Saver | delivery in 2 to 4 working days before 5:00 PM
UPS Express | delivery in 2 to 4 working days before 12:00

For orders Worldwide;

UPS Expedited delivery in 6 to 7 business days before 5:00 PM
UPS Saver | delivery in 3 to 5 working days before 5:00 PM

Should I check my delivery?

Yes, always check upon receipt whether the correct number of packages has been delivered and whether the packaging is undamaged. Missing or damaged packages must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photos of the package and the shipping labels. Without notification within this period, we will assume the delivery was received complete and undamaged.
