The Chinese Garden wallpaper by Mind the Gap: Chinese gardens on your wall

With The Chinese Garden wallpaper you bring an oriental garden indoors, full of blossoming branches, vines, large flowers and birds. Mind the Gap placed the motifs on saturated, plain backgrounds in deep blue, warm red and ochre yellow. The patterns differ mainly in their composition. One is freely painted in flowing shades, another is arranged symmetrically in bands with meander borders and a third is densely drawn with clear outlines. In the photos they hang behind old cabinets with Satsuma vases, fans and books, and that's where they really come into their own.

Choosing a colour from The Chinese Garden by Mind the Gap

The dark blue pattern gives a wall depth and calm and works well in a bedroom or reading corner. Red with crisp bands gives rhythm to a dining room or hallway. Ochre yellow with birds and lanterns brings light into a space with little daylight. Because all the patterns share the same visual language, you can use them side by side in adjacent rooms. In the photos you can see how this Mind the Gap wallpaper pairs with porcelain, antiques and fresh flowers.
