Omexco wallpaper

Omexco wallpaper transforms a wall into a sensory experience. The Belgian brand develops and produces entirely in-house — from the first sketch to the finished roll. Anyone who has seen this wallpaper in person understands why interior enthusiasts and architects return to it again and again.

Omexco wallpaper: Belgian design with depth and texture

The collections work with materials you rarely find elsewhere: cork, raffia, sisal, mica flakes, wood veneer and metallic weave. Each material reacts differently to light, which means this wallpaper has a completely different appearance by day and by evening. That dynamic, sensory effect is precisely what sets the collections apart — it is wall covering with weight, structure and its own story. The collaboration with designer Kim Mupangilai illustrates this most characterfully: Belgian-Congolese influences translated into wood, raffia and sisal, sculptural and warm.

Where does Omexco wallpaper work best?

The collections lend themselves excellently to living rooms, bedrooms and reception spaces where you want a wall to really make a statement. Walls with relief and natural materials such as cork and sisal give an open living space warmth and light acoustic dampening — a welcome side effect. Metallic weaves and mica tones work beautifully as an accent wall in a modern or eclectic setting. Want a concrete idea of material use and color palette? Then also check out individual products such as Zarha, Caelis, Hanara or Elaya to experience the atmosphere up close.

Practical: samples and calculating rolls

Are you unsure about a color or texture? First order a sample — especially with materials like cork, sisal or metallic weave, the difference with a screen image is enormous. Once you know which wallpaper you want, use our wallpaper calculator to calculate the correct number of rolls. Because this wallpaper often contains relief or natural fibers, we recommend having it hung by a professional. On the professional hangers page you will find specialists in your area.
