Kolonin II wallpaper collection Sandberg

Kolonin II wallpaper by Sandberg: oak trees, flower vines and lily of the valley

With Kolonin II wallpaper you bring illustrated plants indoors, from entire oak trees to small-scale lily of the valley. Green always takes center stage, but the background varies: cream in one design, dark blue or almost black in another. The motifs are drawn with fine contour lines, so leaves and flowers remain recognizable even from a distance. In the images, the wallpaper hangs behind a bed dressed in rust-brown or white linen, next to an oak dresser or a weathered pine door. Kolonin II by Sandberg feels at home among wood, linen and real plants.

Designs in the Kolonin II wallpaper collection

Linnea wallpaper scatters gray-green leaves and orange-brown, honeysuckle-like flowers randomly over dark blue. Liljekonvalj wallpaper is smaller in scale and more structured: lilies of the valley with white bells stand upright in a dense, vertical repeat on almost black. The contrast with Eken wallpaper is significant. There, stylized oaks with crowns in petrol blue and dark blue and ochre-brown branches grow in staggered rows over cream. For flowers in pink and mauve, choose Lucy wallpaper; for large pink-beige blossoms, Linda wallpaper. Emmalisa wallpaper features flower clusters in soft blue on a light background, while Tyra wallpaper combines palm-like leaves with rust-brown and cream flowers on olive green. Fabian wallpaper sticks to vertical stripes. The collection also includes Edda wallpaper, Ania wallpaper, Märta wallpaper, Smilli wallpaper, Olof Mural wallpaper, Henny wallpaper, Jonas wallpaper and Bellis wallpaper.

Combining Kolonin II wallpaper with wood and linen

The mood images show the way. Warm wood looks good against green and blue, from an oak dresser to a pine door. With the dark designs, rust-brown and white linen stand out, while a brass lamp adds extra warmth. Eken, with its cream background, leaves more room for light gray and striped textiles. Because the crowns are large, this Sandberg wallpaper looks its best on a large wall.
