PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Zhuzi wallpaper by INSTABILELAB: bamboo on a wall-filling scale
With Zhuzi wallpaper you place a full clump of bamboo against your wall, from the floor almost up to the ceiling. Straight, slender stems shoot upwards and fan out at the top into narrow leaves, while a single branch reaches diagonally into the empty space. The design is one continuous image without a pattern repeat. The bamboo covers roughly the left half, while the rest of the wall remains open and calm. It is precisely this emptiness that gives the stems room to breathe, as if the plant were really standing in front of the wall.
Colours of Zhuzi wallpaper: olive green or drawn taupe
Colour 01 has a photographic look: olive green and grey-green bamboo on a beige background, with light grey branches on the right that fade away as if in mist. A fine vertical line texture gives the surface the appearance of paper. Colour 02 opts for a different visual language. Here, loose branches appear to have been set down with brush and ink, in taupe, grey and light beige. Alongside runs a greige panel with fine stripes, featuring pale bamboo silhouettes. Colourway 03 completes the trio. You can view all variants in the INSTABILELAB wallpaper collection.
INSTABILELAB bamboo wallpaper in a light-filled space
In the mood photo, the design is shown on a free-standing wall between glass façades, with woodland on either side. The concrete ceiling and oak floor stay in the background, letting the bamboo tell the story. A vase with a single branch in front and a wall lamp in the empty section show how little is needed. Choose Zhuzi wallpaper for a living room, bedroom or hallway where you want an entire wall to make a statement without clutter. The muted colours combine beautifully with wood, concrete and soft earth tones.
