Canton wallpaper from Braquenie. A Chinese-style wallpaper inspired by Pillement's work, probably printed at the Réveillon factory after 1770. It shows two Chinese scenes in staggered rows on a finely speckled background. It was presumably coordinated with a printed canvas from the Oberkampf factory in Jouy-en-Josas. The original document is kept in the Toile de Jouy Museum.
