Do you want to return? If you are not satisfied with the product or it is damaged, please contact us. We always try to offer a suitable solution!
EU Consumer: For most items, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you physically receive the order. You must return or hand over the goods to us no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Business (B2B) or NON EU Consumer: Then you do not have a right of return as described above.
Only complete wallpaper orders can be returned, no loose or leftover roll. The items must be returned in the original packaging and undamaged.
Sharing wallpaper orders.
Due to color baths, loose/leftover rolls cannot be returned.

The costs and risk of returning are for the consumer. The consumer can use a carrier of his choice or deliver the order to our location.
After receipt and inspection of items, a refund will be made within 10 working days.
Please inform us by email. For a quick and correct handling of the return, we ask you to complete the return form. Complete this return form and add it to the order.
