We will send your order with DHL or UPS for delivery on the next working day.
If you want a faster service you can choose;

Sample orders are delivered with DHL as standard.
For orders in Germany & Austria
We will send your order with DHL or UPS for delivery in 1 to 2 working days.
If you want a faster service you can choose;

The indicative delivery times are stated for each product. The precise delivery time partly depends on the chosen delivery method. We can supply most items from stock from the distribution centers of our suppliers. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately.
Orders International
The transition time of UPS Saver is included as standard in the indicated delivery time. If you choose 'Expedited' the delivery time will be extended.
Delivery time Samples
The standard delivery time for samples is 5 to 15 working days. We can ship most samples within 5 to 7 working days. Custom wallpaper samples take a little longer on average.
We ship orders over 99 euros for FREE in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria. For other countries, the shipping costs are calculated immediately in the check out after entering the delivery address.
*Exceptions - for Seamless Vinyl or rugs above 250 cm (width size) shipping costs are always charged (outside the Netherlands), we will contact you for this.
All our orders to countries outside the EU are sent 'Delivered at Place (DAP)'. Any import fees will be charged to the buyer and collected by UPS. We are not a party to this transaction.

FREE <1000 NZ - 0% Duty is waived | >1000 NZ +/- 15% import fees (Tax & GST)

21% Tax + (+/-) 13 GBP brokerage charges
United States
FREE <2500 USD - 0% Duty is waived - Order value >2500 USD rate or 3% import fees | Textiles 0% up to 250 USD.
Switzerland
FREE <300 CHF 0% Tax is waived (per person per day) | >300 CHF 7.7% (Tax) + brokerage charges. 5 to 15% import fees (HST or GST + PST) + brokerage charges
