For orders in USA;

UPS Expedited | delivery in 4 to 5 working days before 5:00 PM
UPS Saver | delivery in 2 working days before 5:00 PM
UPS Express | delivery in 2 working days before 12:00

For orders in Asia;

UPS Expedited | delivery in 5 to 6 working days before 5:00 PM
UPS Saver | delivery in 2 to 4 working days before 5:00 PM
UPS Express | delivery in 2 to 4 working days before 12:00

For orders Worldwide;

UPS Expedited delivery in 6 to 7 business days before 5:00 PM

The expected delivery time is listed with each product. If a color reference is temporarily unavailable, we will always inform you personally.

Samples

The average delivery time for samples is 5 to 10 business days , depending on the manufacturer and destination.

Shipping is free for orders from €99 within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria.
For orders below €99, and for all other destinations, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Note: For Seamless Vinyl by Daisy James, shipping costs always apply outside the Netherlands. We will contact you personally regarding these costs after your order.

All orders, including samples, are shipped with a track & trace code. Please note that some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels — you will receive separate tracking numbers for each.

Orders outside the European Union are delivered on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that all import duties, taxes and customs fees are included in the sales price, and you will not need to pay any extra charges upon delivery.

Note: Products from the brand Arte | Omexco | Moooi are only available within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Upon receipt, always check that the correct number of packages has been delivered and that the packaging is undamaged. Missing or damaged packages must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photos of the package and the shipping labels. Without notification within this period, we will assume that the delivery has been received complete and undamaged.

If you choose delivery to a business address or a third party (such as a stylist, contractor, or work address), the risk of receipt is yours once the carrier has confirmed delivery.
