How many rolls of wallpaper do I need?
At every product there is a tab with 'specifications'. Here you will find the properties of the wallpaper. Below these specifications is the calculator. Enter the correct information here to calculate how many rolls you need.

How many linear meters (m1) of wallpaper do I need?
At every product there is a tab with 'specifications'. Here you will find the properties of the wallpaper. Below these specifications is the calculator. Enter the correct data here to calculate how many meters you need. This wallpaper is sold per linear meter at the indicated width.

What is meant by m1?
The wallpaper is sold per linear meter at the indicated width. There is no fixed roll length.
Suppose you need 7 m1, then you will receive a roll of 7 m1.
How many m2 do I need?
Custom wallpaper is calculated based on the width of the product.
In the field 'Wall dimensions', enter your wall size + 10 cm cutting margin in height and width. You will immediately see the number of M2 and the price for the wallpaper.
To order
I want to order custom wallpaper, how does that work?
- Select the correct color of the wallpaper
- Select (if applicable) the desired material
- Measure the width and height of the wall
- Count in both the height and the width 10 cm extra (cutting margin)
- Enter the dimensions (cm)
- The number of m2 and the price is automatically calculated based on the web width
- Press 'shopping cart' and go through the ordering process
After completing the order, we will contact you and you will receive a visual.
After approval of the visual, your wallpaper will be printed to size.

I want to order samples, how does that work?
Go to the desired wallpaper
- Select the color
- Select 'Sample'
- Press 'add to cart'
Samples have a delivery time of 5 to 15 working days.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is stated at the top of the product.
If the wallpaper is not in stock immediately, you will receive a message from us.
On average, delivery takes between 3 to 10 working days, custom wallpaper from 10 up to 15 working days.
The average delivery time for wallpaper samples is between 5 and 15 working days.
What are the prices shown?
The prices shown are consumer price, including VAT (within the EU), 0% outside the EU.
The price is based on:
- roll
- panel
- set
- meter m1 (linear metre)
- m2
This is always stated with the product. If no price is stated, the price is on request.

How can I change my order?
Did you order the wrong product or the wrong color? Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can change your order. Contact us by email. Mention your order number and all necessary information regarding your change.
What is the status of my order?
If we ship your order, you will receive a track & trace. *does not apply to Vescom products.
Note, samples are sent by post and do not always have a track & trace code. Delivery time 5 to 15 working days.

After completion you can download the invoice immediately, or later from the confirmation email you received.
Click on 'Download PDF invoice'.
My package is damaged on delivery, what to do?
That's very annoying! Take pictures of the delivery and check if the wallpaper is damaged. Is this the case? Please contact us directly, DO NOT process the wallpaper.
Installation
I (or third parties) will be wallpapering myself, what about warranty?
How you or a third party treat the product determines the end result. In the event of a disappointing end result, this is never covered by the product warranty. Please consider this in advance and discuss this with your specialist.
Check the product immediately upon arrival. If you or the wallpaper notice problems with the wallpaper after the first run, stop immediately. Please contact us.
During further processing of the product, no warranty claim can be made if the end result is not satisfactory.
The wallpaper must guarantee the correct processing and the resulting end result.
