Palais wallpaper from Little Greene is a classic interpretation of this pattern and so characteristic of the French wallpaper panels, which were made by the manufacturer Réveillon from the late 1700s. The original design was hand-printed, in eighteen colours, on a narrow 46 cm paper with a report height of 67 cm. The original design scale, style and surface treatment have been retained with the flowers, garlands and arabesque decorations.
