Warehouse employee
PART-TIME +/- 3 hours per day | Opening hours Mon–Fri 1:00 PM–4:00 PM
At Selected Wallpapers, we work daily to create beautiful interiors with high-quality wallpaper and interior design collections. To maintain our high-quality, personalized service, we're looking for a dedicated warehouse employee to make a real difference during the afternoon hours.
What are you going to do?
Receiving & checking incoming goods.
Picking, packing and shipping orders (wallpaper, samples, paint and fabrics).
Keeping your warehouse tidy : organized, clean and safe.
Create shipments and keep documentation neat.
In short: you ensure that orders are delivered quickly, neatly and completely.
Who are you?
- You have a hands-on mentality and work accurately.
- You enjoy being physically active and taking responsibility.
- You can work independently and switch quickly between tasks.
- You are good at working with computers to process orders.
Customer Service Representative
PART-TIME/FULL-TIME +/- 32 - 40 hours
Do you have a flair for interior design and enjoy advising customers on wallpaper, paint, and fabrics?
At Selected Wallpapers, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative who combines customer focus with a passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
What are you going to do?
We advise customers about our products by telephone and email.
Answer customer questions and help them with their choices.
Prepare, order and track online orders
Add new products and collections to the webshop.
Collaborate with colleagues to provide customers with an excellent experience.
Who are you?
- Customer-oriented, strong communication skills and service-oriented.
- Interested in interior, color and materials.
- Accurate and well organized.
- Experience with e-commerce systems or a quick learner (advantage).
- Proficient in Dutch and English (both speaking and writing).
