LondonArt wallpaper

LondonArt is an Italian atelier that creates wallpaper as wall art — each panel cut to your exact dimensions. The collection features bold murals, botanical panoramas and abstract prints that instantly give a room its identity. Choose your design, submit your measurements, and receive a digital preview before production.

LondonArt wallpaper is quoted from your wall measurements and not from a roll count, and that one difference shapes everything after it: what you send us, what arrives in the box, and who you book to hang it. Every panel is printed for a single surface and arrives numbered, so there is no pattern to line up and nothing left over.

How a LondonArt wallpaper order is measured and printed

Nothing is cut from stock. You send the width and the height of the wall, in feet and inches if that is easier, and the composition is scaled to that exact surface. A wall of 12 ft (3.66 m) gets a different crop than one of 9 ft (2.74 m), so the best part of the image does not disappear behind a bookcase. The Italian atelier in Milan prints digitally, panel by panel, and the artistic signature is the point: a design is drawn to hold a whole wall on its own. Measure the drywall twice, window reveals included, and check what the baseboard and the crown molding will swallow before anything goes to print. The same made-to-measure route runs through our wider murals range.

Choosing between non-woven and Glass Finish

The finish decides who hangs it. The non-woven option is a vinyl on a non-woven backing and goes up like the rest of the non-woven wallpaper we stock, which puts it within reach of a careful homeowner or any paperhanger you already use. Glass Finish is the other route, a semi-transparent fiberglass. It takes light softly and holds more depth in the color, and it shows best on a wall the sun crosses during the day. It also asks for an installer who has hung it before, so line that person up before the print goes into production rather than after.

Rooms that carry a made-to-measure LondonArt mural

A powder room is the easiest place to start. It is small, it is seen alone, and one image can wrap it completely without an awkward join, which is where these prints tend to win people over first. An entryway asks the opposite: the wall gets about three seconds from the front door, so something graphic and linear reads faster than something soft. Over a stair run, plan for the image to be seen at an angle from below and again from above. In a child's room the practical questions come first, from how high small hands reach to whether the image still holds up when the child is ten; the kids room wallpaper selection is a fair test of that.

LondonArt wallpaper collections and mural themes to browse first

The Warner Bros collection is the obvious opening: DC characters redrawn as full wall compositions rather than framed posters. After that, panoramic murals show what one uninterrupted view does to a room, architecture murals hold the graphic and linear end, and botanical wallpaper covers the leafier side. Pull two or three that could work and compare them at full height instead of as thumbnails.

Samples, advice and shipping to the United States

Get a sample in your hands before you commit. It answers what a screen cannot: how a LondonArt wallpaper sample behaves under the lamp you actually own, and how the color sits against your trim and your floor. With a print made to measure there is no spare roll to fall back on, so the wait is worth it. We are an official LondonArt dealer, we ship from the Netherlands, and duties and taxes are included in the price shown. If the wall is a stairwell, a sloped ceiling or anything with a reveal in it, send the measurements and we will work it through with you.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ about LondonArt wallpaper
Is LondonArt wallpaper supplied as standard or custom made?
LondonArt wallpaper is custom-made. Each design is digitally adjusted to your exact wall measurements, so that the pattern is perfectly scaled and aligned. You will receive a digital visualization of the end result before production. This creates a unique, personalized wall with maximum impact.
How is LondonArt wallpaper applied?
LondonArt wallpaper is delivered as numbered, made-to-measure panels. Vinyl on a non-woven backing can be hung yourself using the supplied adhesive — the numbering ensures the panels align seamlessly. The exclusive Glass Finish, a semi-transparent fibreglass wallpaper, requires a professional installer due to its specific application technique.
Can I request samples from LondonArt or preview the design?
Certainly. Through Selected Wallpapers you can order material samples and request custom digital previews. This way you can assess the colour, scale and texture in advance, and see how the design will look on your wall. This is especially recommended for bold or large-scale prints.
What materials does LondonArt use for its wallpaper?
LondonArt works with two materials. Vinyl on a non-woven backing is the standard choice: durable, moisture-resistant and easy to hang yourself. Glass Finish is the premium alternative: a fibreglass wallpaper with a semi-transparent, light-reflecting surface. This material adds a unique depth to the print and is available for all designs in the collection.
Is LondonArt wallpaper suitable for commercial spaces?
Absolutely. LondonArt is regularly used in hotels, restaurants and office environments. The high print resolution and robust materials are suited to high-traffic spaces. Because each panel is made to measure, the design always fits the wall exactly — even with irregular dimensions or walls featuring doors and windows.
