Green House wallpaper by Moooi: plants and insects on the wall

The Green House wallpaper by Moooi brings plants and insects indoors in mirrored, densely filled patterns that only fully reveal themselves when you come closer. Fantasy flowers, leaves and shell-like shapes grow across the wall, with the occasional ladybird in between. The exciting part lies in the execution. The botanical theme appears as a multicoloured illustration, as a monochrome weave and as a relief in a single shade of white. Within the Green House wallpaper collection, you can choose between a wall that adds colour and one that mainly plays with light and shadow.

Patterns in the Green House wallpaper collection

Coccinella Bella wallpaper sets red, grey-green and burgundy on off-white, finely hatched and mirrored around vertical axes. Coccinella Bella Jacquard wallpaper shows the same pattern woven and on a larger scale, in dark grey on grey-beige with softer contours. Lacy Longlegs wallpaper relies on relief alone: lace-like fans and arches with long, leg-like lines, inspired by a spider's web. Techno Bee wallpaper has a moiré effect on gauze fabric, with Techno Bee Embroidered wallpaper alongside it in the series. Silk Bombis wallpaper brings an abstract floral pattern in a watercolour style with the look of raw silk. Woodblock Beetle Fern wallpaper consists of wood veneer inlay in a mix of tones, and Woodblock Beetle Flora wallpaper carries the same Woodblock name. Greenhouse Gathering Arch wallpaper and Greenhouse Gathering Window wallpaper are murals with classic mouldings, a touch of Art Deco and a soft suede look.

Green House by Moooi in colour, weave or relief

The lifestyle images show how versatile these patterns are. Coccinella Bella hangs behind a red ruffled armchair that picks up the red from the pattern. The jacquard version is paired with a cognac-coloured leather sofa and rust-brown curtains, warm against the grey. Lacy Longlegs suits marble, brass and a black wire stool, and lets the light glide over the relief. This way, you can choose Moooi wallpaper that complements what is already in the room.
