Selected Wallpapers ships European designer wallpaper from the Netherlands to every US state. Duties and import fees are settled before your order leaves our warehouse, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Here is how shipping to the United States works, step by step.

Duties & import fees included (DDP)

Every US order ships Delivered Duty Paid. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are already included in your total. No customs paperwork, no surprise charges at delivery.

Free US shipping over $399

Orders of $399 and up ship free to all US states. Below that, the exact UPS rate is calculated at checkout, with no estimates.

UPS, fully tracked

All US orders ship with UPS. Your tracking link arrives the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse, and sample shipments are tracked as well.

Samples first

Order samples to judge color and texture on your own wall before you commit. Sample costs are refunded up to $35 on your wallpaper order.

How long does delivery to the US take?

Most US orders arrive within 6 to 13 business days in total. Each product page lists the lead time for that specific design house; UPS transit to the US then takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping service you select at checkout. Samples typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. If a color reference is temporarily unavailable, we contact you personally before anything ships.

Returns on US orders

Orders placed outside the European Union are excluded from the right of withdrawal or return, so US orders cannot be returned. That is exactly why we recommend ordering samples first and double-checking quantities with the calculator before you buy. The full text is in our return policy.

Did something go wrong in transit? Check your delivery on arrival and report damage, shortages or an incorrect product within 48 hours by email, with clear photos of the package and the shipping labels. If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will put it right. One practical rule: stop after the first strip if anything looks off, because once more than one strip has been hung, the right to replacement expires.

European roll sizes, in inches

European wallpaper is sold by the roll of roughly 10 m × 53 cm (about 32.8 ft long and 20.9 in wide), comparable in coverage to an American double roll.
