Moderna fabric by Elitis is built around one shape, the rectangle, worked in cream against brown tones that run from tan and ochre to rust. Again and again, two surfaces meet: a raised pile or grainy ground next to a flat or velvety plane. That contrast gives a simple block pattern real depth.
