Theia wallpaper by Casamance: warm metallic textures for the wall

The Theia wallpaper collection by Casamance is all about texture rather than pattern. The two designs cover the entire wall with a small-scale surface that captures light and reflects it back in warm metallic tones. Gold, ochre, copper and bronze change tone as soon as a lamp or daylight falls on them: lighter where the light hits, deeper brown towards the edges. Up close you see a weave or a relief, from a distance a uniform, glowing wall. This gives a room depth without a pattern demanding attention.

Designs in the Theia wallpaper collection: Hemera and Theia

Hemera wallpaper resembles woven linen. Irregular threads running lengthwise and widthwise, with thicker and thinner areas, form a fine-meshed grid without visible repetition. A coating in bronze, silver or gold gives the surface a metallic lustre. In the mood photo the wall takes on shades of gold to ochre and picks up the brass and glass of a round side table. Theia wallpaper has a more structured design. Small horizontal zigzag lines repeat at regular intervals in relief, giving the wall a fine rhythm. In copper orange and bronze, it is paired with an armchair in dark blue velvet and a brass floor lamp. Theia is available with a matt or a metallic coating. Choose Hemera for a relaxed wall with a textile character and Theia if you prefer order.

Combining Theia by Casamance in your interior

Because neither design has a motif, they work just as well on a large wall as in a niche or behind a bed. The metallic lustre comes into its own with warm, directed light: a floor lamp or wall spotlights bring out the texture. Combine it with brass, glass, herringbone parquet or a deep colour like midnight blue, as shown in the mood photos. This Casamance wallpaper makes a wall warm without making it busy.
