Viaggio fabric collection Camengo
Viaggio fabric by Camengo: graphic patterns in neutral shades
The Viaggio fabric by Camengo is all about lines, surfaces and rhythm. The collection consists of five patterns with a visible weave structure, in a palette of cream, sand, ochre and black. Some are sharp and high-contrast, others feature loose lines or short dashes over a linen-coloured base. What they share is an abstract, geometric visual language without flowers or figures. This makes them easy to combine with wood, ceramics and natural materials. You can use the patterns individually or together in one space, from curtain to cushion.
Patterns in the Viaggio fabric collection
Scacchiera fabric is a chequerboard in black and cream with squares of a few centimetres. The squares are slightly irregularly woven, keeping the pattern lively on a seat cushion or bolster. Orma fabric is calmer: a continuous, angular white line runs on a large scale over a beige linen-look base, clearly visible in the folds of a curtain. Storia fabric combines narrow white horizontal bands with short, diagonal bars in golden brown that run in staggered rows over the cream cloth. Scoperta fabric has a playful composition reminiscent of old travel maps. The Viaggio fabric pattern itself shows vertical bands undulating in sand beige and cream white.
Combining Viaggio by Camengo in your home
Thanks to the difference in scale, the patterns work well side by side. A high-contrast chequerboard on a sofa calls for a calm fabric alongside it, such as the lines of Orma or the bars of Storia on the curtain. The neutral colours match oak wood, linen and ochre accents. This way, you can use this Camengo fabric to create a space in which each pattern has its own place.
