Archipelago wallpaper collection Nobilis

Archipelago wallpaper by Nobilis with waves, bamboo and weaves

With Archipelago wallpaper you choose walls on which you can see and almost feel the material. In this collection by Nobilis, drawn waves hang next to bamboo and next to weaves of paper, coconut fibre, abaca and mother-of-pearl. The colours remain muted: grey, beige, off-white and blue-grey, with the occasional rust-red cord that breaks up the image. Some of the patterns tell a story with a motif, while others let the structure speak for itself. This way you can keep a room calm or make one wall stand out.

Patterns in the Archipelago wallpaper collection

Nami wallpaper shows stylised waves in horizontal rows. The white, serrated crests and dotted lines are set against a blotchy, watercolour-like background in grey and anthracite. With Sagano wallpaper the image goes upwards. Overlapping bamboo stems with joints and leaves run tone-on-tone in light grey and beige over a woven background with a slight sheen. Tobago wallpaper has no motif. Blue-grey, ribbed strips with light veins are crossed in a tight grid by rust-red, twisted cords. Galapagos wallpaper combines woven and painted coconut bark with abaca. Hokkaido wallpaper carries a large, abstract craquelé pattern, Atollo wallpaper a horizontal jacquard motif on raffia with a shimmering patina. Seychelles wallpaper consists of mother-of-pearl on abaca strips, held together by transparent threads.

Combining Archipelago by Nobilis in your interior

In the mood photos, Nami hangs behind a bronze frame and a table with a brass top, so that bronze and olive-coloured ceramic give warmth to the grey waves. Sagano stands next to white and glass: a white console, rock crystal and a mirror with a mother-of-pearl frame. Earthy tones such as ochre yellow and olive grey suit Tobago. If you are looking for tranquillity, Sagano is perfect. If you want depth and contrast on one wall, choose Tobago within the Archipelago wallpaper range.
