Botanical Atlas wallpaper collection Liberty

Botanical Atlas wallpaper by Liberty: blossom, berries and island gardens on dark grounds

The Botanical Atlas wallpaper brings cherry blossom, berry clusters and garden landscapes to your wall, drawn in warm, muted tones on a dark background. Peach, copper, old rose and gold rest on navy blue, anthracite and black, so the motifs glow from the shadows. Most patterns draw from the botanical world, but their structure varies. One pattern floats loosely across the surface, another is arranged strictly in columns, a third depicts an entire scene. So within this Liberty collection you choose between calm, rhythm and story.

Patterns in the Botanical Atlas wallpaper collection

Sakura wallpaper scatters clusters of five-petalled cherry blossom in diagonal trails over a mottled navy blue, with plenty of space between the flowers. Berry Tree wallpaper places symmetrical clusters on straight trunks, old rose and bronze-olive on anthracite, repeated so strictly that they read as stripes. Floating Palace wallpaper shows chinoiserie islets with pavilions, pines, peonies, boats and birds, so detailed it resembles embroidery. Porcelain Trail wallpaper reveals winding branches full of blossom and chrysanthemums in Chinese style, and Tudor Poppy wallpaper combines poppies with flowing foliage and small buds. Cypress Voyage wallpaper revolves around tropical plants and ferns. More graphic are Obi Stripe wallpaper, with stripes in varying widths, and Endless Knots wallpaper, where overlapping circles create a playful optical effect. Also part of the range are Floating Palace Linen wallpaper, Magical Plants wallpaper, Hana wallpaper, Silk Tree wallpaper and Enchanted Wood wallpaper.

Liberty wallpaper from Botanical Atlas in bathroom and dining room

In the images, Sakura hangs above pink panelling in a bathroom with brass taps and a gilded mirror. The copper in the blossom picks up the metal there. In a dining room, Berry Tree is paired with a blue-grey ceiling and mantelpiece, Floating Palace with dark rattan armchairs with pink cushions. If you choose Botanical Atlas wallpaper, pair it with brass, wood or a paint colour from the pattern.
