Cocoon wallpaper collection Texam

Cocoon wallpaper by Texam: natural textures for your walls

Cocoon wallpaper by Texam is about structure rather than pattern. The three designs in this collection have no pattern, but fine linework that resembles woven natural fibre. Up close you see light and dark threads intermingling. From a distance the wall reads as one calm surface with depth. This means Texam wallpaper from this range works well alongside materials with their own character: rough wood, marble, stone or bronze. You choose mainly by colour and by the direction of the lines.

Designs in the Cocoon wallpaper collection: Kopron, Kapok and Sisal

Kopron wallpaper has a fine, horizontal stripe in grey-beige, in which lighter and darker threads alternate. The structure resembles bark, and the light falling from the left across the wall makes it clearly visible. In the photo it is shown behind a dark wooden sideboard, with light grey stone steps beside it. Kapok wallpaper goes the other way. It is dark blue, with an irregular, vertical thread structure full of light blue flecks and stripes. It looks like a rough woven fabric and is shown here with a blue armchair, a brass floor lamp and a white marble mantelpiece. Sisal wallpaper is ochre yellow and gold, with a horizontal weave structure and light threads that shine. With bronze-coloured bowls on a dark wooden table in front of it, that warm tone becomes even richer.

Choosing within Cocoon by Texam for your space

If you are looking for calm in a light space with stone and white, Kopron is a close match. Kapok makes a room darker and more intimate, and the vertical lines visually pull the wall upwards. Sisal brings warmth alongside black wood and bronze. Within the Cocoon wallpaper range, it is mainly the colour and direction that shift. The calm, fibrous base remains the same across all three.
