Erosion wallpaper by Casamance: organic relief in one colour

Erosion wallpaper by Casamance turns a wall into a landscape in relief. The patterns consist of irregular, organic shapes that run densely across the entire wall, like fragments worn down by time and the elements. Colour plays a supporting role. In the images, each pattern is tone-on-tone, so the design only becomes visible through light and shadow. How the light falls along the wall determines how deep the relief appears. The collection varies in shape and scale, from irregular fragments to small pebbles, and in material: velvet or linen.

Patterns in the Erosion wallpaper collection

The title pattern Erosion wallpaper shows irregular fragments with rounded and angular edges in deep burgundy, rendered in velvet. In the photo it hangs behind a bed with a copper-coloured satin bedspread and a ribbed wooden headboard. Vestige wallpaper repeats the same pattern in natural linen. The shapes appear more slender and curved here, sometimes almost like lines, and in the cream colourway you can see the weave structure of the textile. Calade wallpaper works on a much smaller scale. Round pebble shapes lie closely together in light grey-green, like cobblestone paving. Venelle wallpaper also has a dense relief of small, irregular shapes, but in a velvet-soft finish with a warm, lived-in appearance.

Casamance wallpaper in bedroom and living room

With Erosion by Casamance you choose a wall that reveals itself mainly up close. The dark burgundy gives a bedroom intimacy, while cream and grey-green keep a living room light. Because the design consists of relief rather than contrasting colours, you can easily combine it with wood, brass, glass or a velvet sofa. The relief carries the design, so the rest of your interior can remain calm.
