Gestes wallpaper collection Elitis

Elitis Gestes wallpaper with visible brushstrokes

Gestes wallpaper puts the painter's hand on your wall. Elitis built this collection around brushwork you can actually see: streaks, ragged edges and layered surfaces that look freshly applied. Most designs stay in a warm palette, from mauve and pink to ochre, gold and bronze, and several carry a soft sheen that shifts as daylight moves across the room. The amount of movement varies widely. One design reads almost plain, another sets metallic strokes in a bold grid, so you can decide how loud the wall gets.

Designs in the Gestes wallpaper collection

Strate wallpaper layers irregular, overlapping patches with brushed, plaster-like edges in tone-on-tone mauve pink, with lighter spots that catch the light. Strate Métal wallpaper sits alongside it in the collection. Mesure wallpaper divides the wall into a large grid of squares, each filled with loops, crosses and sweeps in gold and bronze on cream. Navigli wallpaper runs broad, feathered paint strokes with speckled drops in warm bronze and rust brown. In Pulsar wallpaper, wide black and off-white strokes move over a finely ribbed ground, spattered with gold. Arsenal wallpaper sets vertical paint streaks against fine horizontal stripes. Topkapi wallpaper shows cloudy patches that drift into each other, matte with metallic accents. Cody wallpaper scatters blue, turquoise, ochre and taupe dabs over a light background. Toile wallpaper is the quiet one, a mottled, canvas-like surface with fine vertical streaks, shown here in caramel ochre.

Styling Gestes by Elitis in your home

Contrast decides where each design goes. Tone-on-tone Strate keeps a bedroom calm next to white linen, a walnut nightstand and a rust-red rug. Toile warms a corner where sunlight hits the wall at an angle. Mesure wants room: a long wall by a garden window, a concrete floor, one wooden chair in front. Keep the furniture simple and let the brushwork carry the wall. At Selected Wallpapers you can see every design in this Elitis wallpaper collection side by side and pick how much movement you want.
