High Performance Essence wallpaper by Omexco: plain walls with textile texture

The High Performance Essence wallpaper by Omexco consists of plain designs in which the motif makes way for texture. Up close you see speckles, dots or thin lines. From a distance the wall reads as a single, calm field of colour. The names of the designs refer to textiles, and it shows: the walls look as if they are covered in fabric. In the images they're shown behind a clothing rack in a shop, a hotel desk with a brass lamp and an oak cabinet with books. This lets you see how the texture behaves alongside wood, metal and clothing.

Designs in the High Performance Essence wallpaper collection

Velvet wallpaper has a dark brown base with small copper-brown speckles evenly distributed across the wall. Behind a terracotta jacket and a coral-red jumper, that brown takes on a warm glow. Boucle wallpaper is taupe to grey-brown, with a dense texture of light and dark dots that resembles tweed. Next to dark oak and brass it looks calm and warm. Silk wallpaper has the most pronounced colour of the three in the photos: burgundy with an old-rose tinge and thin horizontal lines, like those you see in a silk weave. In the image, a lamp with an orange base and a burgundy shade ties in with it directly. Netting wallpaper features a fine net texture and has a woven appearance that suits a modern interior well. So the difference between the designs lies in colour and in the type of texture: speckle, dot, line or net.

Using Omexco wallpaper from High Performance Essence in your space

Because the designs are plain, you can continue them across an entire wall or around the whole room without it becoming busy. The dark shades of Velvet and Silk make a space more intimate. Boucle keeps it lighter and more neutral. The images show that wood, brass and coloured objects really come into their own against these walls, from a shop interior to a hotel room. With High Performance Essence wallpaper you first choose a colour and then a texture.
