Louxor wallpaper by Casamance: arches, grid and weave with metallic lustre

With Louxor wallpaper by Casamance, your wall gets a warm undertone and a lustre that moves with the light. The Louxor wallpaper collection includes four patterns in a palette of gold, ochre, champagne and brown-grey, often with metallic lustre. The motif makes the difference. One pattern features wide arches, another a small grid of squares. A third keeps to a woven texture, a fourth brings leaves indoors. This lets you choose, within a single collection, how pronounced your wall will be: calm and even, or graphic and lively instead.

Patterns in the Louxor wallpaper collection

Assouan wallpaper is the most graphic pattern. Overlapping arches, each built from fine parallel lines, run like braided strands across the wall. An arch is about a hand's width across, and a fixed repeat is barely noticeable. The gold-ochre coloured lines shine on an off-white background. Isis wallpaper has no motif. An irregular weave of horizontal and vertical threads gives it a linen-like appearance, in dark brown-grey with lighter flecks and an industrial look. With Kheops wallpaper it becomes smaller and tighter: diagonally placed squares of a few centimetres slide into each other, drawn with fine champagne-gold lines on grey-beige. Palmyre wallpaper combines a mottled background with a pattern reminiscent of palm crowns, whose leaves spread loosely across the strip.

Combining Casamance wallpaper in your interior

Because the patterns stay in the same warm tones, you can combine them in one room. Put Isis on the large walls and give a niche or a single wall the rhythm of Assouan or Kheops. The images show what goes with it: cognac and terracotta, matt black, brass and copper. The metallic lustre is shown to best advantage in raking light, such as that from a table lamp placed beside it.
