Elitis Rayures Jumelles wallpaper in ribbed relief and solid color

Rayures Jumelles wallpaper builds a wall out of lines instead of a motif. Elitis gives each of the three designs a vertical structure and keeps it in a single color, so nothing competes with the relief itself. What you see is ridge, flat surface and the shadow that falls between them. The designs differ in depth, from close-set ribs to a surface that reads as almost smooth. That lets you decide, within one family, how much texture shows on the wall: dusty pink, light gray or deep burgundy.

Designs in the Rayures Jumelles wallpaper collection

Pilastre wallpaper sets narrow ribs close together and runs them the full height of the wall without a break, in solid dusty pink. Darker shadow lines between the ribs give it depth. In the photo it covers the wall beneath a staircase, where the dense rhythm plays against the zigzag of the dark wood stringer. Colonne wallpaper uses a similar fine rib but interrupts it with smooth vertical bands. The result is a row of wide panels that stand side by side like columns, shown here in light gray behind a rounded terracotta kitchen island. Parthenon wallpaper goes the other way. Its deep burgundy surface has a soft, slightly mottled texture and draws its depth mostly from color. Spread across two wall planes behind a white bench, it fills a large area calmly.

Styling Rayures Jumelles by Elitis in your home

Because Rayures Jumelles wallpaper stays in one color, furniture with a strong shape gets room to stand out: a lilac lounge chair with a rust throw, a terracotta island with a rounded end, a built-in white bench. Wood, anthurium and woven rugs return in all three rooms. Choose Pilastre or Colonne if you want movement on the wall, and Parthenon if you want calm. At Selected Wallpapers you can browse all three designs side by side and pick the depth of relief that suits your room.
