Elitis Vibrations wallpaper with a metallic sheen

Vibrations wallpaper by Elitis is about texture that picks up the light. Every design in the collection has a metallic finish, laid over a woven look, a silky streak, an animal hide or a geometric relief. You won't find figurative motifs here. The surface does the work instead: threads, grain and blocks shift in tone as you walk past. Side light gives an olive gold or amber wall more depth than a flat color can. The palette runs from olive gold and ochre to cool gray, with silver and bronze tones.

The designs in the Vibrations wallpaper collection

Madagascar Metal wallpaper recreates the artisanal woven look of abaca fiber. Up close you see a coarse, irregular weave with thick slubs and the odd vertical thread, in olive gold shot through with shiny gold and dark brown flecks. Kosa silk métal wallpaper is quieter. Inspired by silk, it covers the wall in fine horizontal streaks of amber ochre with a soft sheen, and it looks warm next to a wood veneer door and a wooden floor. Movida Metal wallpaper brings the Elitis hide classic into metallic, with blocks of brushed, leather-like texture in gray and silver with bronze tones, set in a staggered grid. Anguille Metal wallpaper does the same for the Elitis snakeskin. Hope Metal wallpaper is the one geometric design, a pattern of squares full of relief and structure.

Styling Vibrations by Elitis in your home

The room images show what this Elitis wallpaper pairs well with: white marble, a gold wire table base, sculpted white ceramics and a mirrored panel with a blue bowl. Those pieces either echo the metallic sheen or give it a calm counterpoint. In a hallway or behind a console, watch the direction of the light, because texture and sheen show best when light comes from the side. At Selected Wallpapers you'll find all five designs, from the woven olive gold to the gray metallic blocks.
