Whisper wallpaper collection Omexco

Whisper wallpaper by Omexco: stone, grain and lustre on the wall

The Whisper wallpaper by Omexco draws its visual language from stone and mineral, without ever becoming figurative. You see grain, joints, splashes and a lustre that moves with the light. The colours stay close to the earth: sand, ochre, gold beige, brown and an olive-tinged grey. Within that framework, the scale varies widely. One pattern reads as a plain wall, another as a grid of stone slabs, a third fills the wall above panelling with one large flowing motif. This way, within a single collection, you choose how much your wall gets to say.

Patterns in the Whisper wallpaper collection

Stardust Whisper wallpaper is the calmest pattern: a plain grain in olive grey with fine glittering particles and no pattern repeat. Above white panelling, behind a black cabinet, it lets the furniture do the talking. Arduin wallpaper places irregular rectangles and triangles like stone slabs against each other, separated by thin white joints and scattered crack lines, in sand to gold beige. Lazul wallpaper works with fanning splashes in brown, ochre, gold and cream, with a metallic lustre over wide panels. Ashlar wallpaper references natural stone masonry in sand and taupe, veined with fine lines. Azimut wallpaper builds a layered surface from countless fragments in brown, beige and grey. Caeles wallpaper revolves around a pearlescent sheen on a sand-coloured base. Vitrae wallpaper lays irregular shapes like a veil over the background, and Aerial wallpaper combines diagonal stripes with motifs of minerals and shells in light beige.

Combining Whisper by Omexco with wood, leather and marble

In the furnished rooms, it is striking how well these walls go together with dark wood and white. Walnut and black leather are set against the sand tones of Arduin, ochre-yellow leather and a marble mantelpiece against the gold of Lazul. White panelling keeps the bottom of the wall calm, so the lustre above can do its work. If you choose a busy pattern, keep the furniture simple in form.
