Venice wallpaper by LondonArt with a woven herringbone look
Venice wallpaper brings the calm of a woven fabric to your wall. Rows of irregular zigzag lines run horizontally across a fine thread texture, as if a herringbone weave had been captured up close. The lines are slightly faded, so the pattern never becomes harsh. Because it is small in relation to the wall, from a distance it reads almost as an even texture. Only when you come closer do you see the rhythm of the chevrons. This gives a wall depth without the pattern taking over the room.
Colours of Venice wallpaper: from taupe to cream
The design is available in eight colourways, and two of them show just how wide the palette runs. VEN118 combines a greige background with taupe to gray-brown zigzag lines and light cream accents. This warm neutral pairs well with oak and walnut, linen curtains and limestone. VEN104 is cream with very light beige lines, almost tone-on-tone. This wall catches the light and reveals its texture mainly under raking light. Pair it with off-white or sand-colored paint for a calm, light look.
