PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Onera wallpaper with jellyfish by INSTABILELAB
Onera wallpaper lets five jellyfish drift through a painted depth. Each has a bell-shaped body and long tentacles that curl as if they have just changed direction. They float far apart, leaving plenty of space between the motifs. Small air bubbles rise from a few of the jellyfish, and loose bubbles also drift upwards along the left edge. The design by INSTABILELAB comes from Italy and tells one calm story: water, light and movement, with no fish or coral competing for attention.
Drawing and background of INSTABILELAB wallpaper
Fine white lines build up the jellyfish, with light highlights in the bell and along the tentacles that make them look translucent. The background is painted: you can see brushstrokes and cloud-like areas that grow lighter and darker. This gives the wall depth, as if you are looking through deep water. It remains a drawing rather than a photograph, and that hand-drawn quality gives the jellyfish their soft character. You will find the design in the I.Magine wallpaper collection.
Colours of Onera wallpaper
In colourway 01, white jellyfish appear on a dark navy to indigo background. The contrast is strong and the jellyfish glow as if in a sea at night, making it a choice for a wall that holds your gaze. Colourway 02 places the same jellyfish on blue-gray, calmer and cooler. Colourway 03 is beige with gray clouds. Here the off-white jellyfish almost blend into the background and only become visible when you look closely. With Onera wallpaper by INSTABILELAB, you decide for yourself how prominently the jellyfish speak.
